Polka Dot Cheesecake

After checking out this blog, I couldn’t help but post this recipe for Polka Dot Cheesecake.

Crust:

1 cup Graham crumbs

1/4 cup cocoa

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

Filling:

16 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 oz dark chocolate, melted

1 tsp vanilla

2/3 cup sour cream
